Our family lost our 92 year old father last year. As Executors of the Estate my brothers and I wanted to honor the efforts he and our mother (previously deceased) had made over the years to host family and friends in their home in Newmarket. Dad had befriended neighbours, gardened, fed the birds and generally cared for the property in a loving and respectful way. That's who he was. Therefore, our choice of real estate agent was an important one to us and we interviewed 3 separate agents. 

We chose Tracee Bowman because of her reputation and track record, as well as her personality and the ease with which she approached the task of listing and selling dad's home. 

Tracee was exceptionally personable, reliable, consistently available, and knowledgeable about the local, as well as the larger sellers and buyers markets. She works with a professional team of videographers, marketers and a stager, who together,  made the house ready to list and show. The house looked great when the staging was completed. We believe this contributed to the successful and timely sale....which occurred within approximately 2 months from the date of listing.
